Blueleaf Awarded EcoVadis Silver Medal

We are delighted to announce that Blueleaf has been awarded an EcoVadis Silver Medal, recognising our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices across our operations, supply chain and wider organisation.

EcoVadis is one of the world's most trusted providers of business sustainability ratings, assessing organisations across four key themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

As part ofthe 2026 assessment, Blueleaf achieved an overall score of 74/100, placing us within the top 15% of companies assessed globally and earning an Advanced sustainability performance rating.

The assessment highlighted strong performance across all four categories, with scores of:

• 84/100 for Environment
• 74/100 for Sustainable Procurement
• 71/100 for Labour & Human Rights
• 68/100 for Ethics

Achieving a Silver Medal demonstrates that sustainability is embedded throughout Blueleaf's business practices and decision-making processes. The assessment recognises the policies, actions and measures we have implemented to manage environmental impacts, support our people, operate ethically and promote responsible sourcing throughout our supply chain.

The result reflects a number of important sustainability initiatives across the business, including:

• ISO 14001-certified environmental management systems.
• Sourcing renewable electricity across our operations.
• The establishment of greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets across Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions.
• Investment in carbon reduction initiatives and environmental performance monitoring.

• Continued strengthening of governance, compliance and ethical business practices.

The assessment also recognised Blueleaf's commitment to continuous improvement, with established processes for monitoring sustainability performance and identifying opportunities to further reduce environmental impact and strengthen responsible business practices.

It demonstrates that environmental, social and ethical considerations are embedded throughout our business and supports our wider ESG ambitions as we continue to help customers make responsible procurement decisions.
