Mike is responsible for leading Blueleaf’s IT strategy, digital infrastructure and technology governance, ensuring the business has the secure, reliable and scalable systems needed to support its continued growth. As IT Director, he works closely with colleagues across the business to align technology with operational priorities, improve business processes and support the effective use of data, systems and digital tools across Blueleaf.

With a broad remit spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, compliance and digital transformation, Mike plays a key role in ensuring Blueleaf’s technology environment remains resilient, secure and fit for the future. He is focused on strengthening core systems, improving integration across the business and helping teams make better use of technology to deliver efficient, consistent and customer-focused service.

Mike is passionate about using technology as a practical enabler of business improvement. He believes successful IT leadership is about more than systems and infrastructure; it is about understanding business needs, supporting people, managing risk and creating technology foundations that help the organisation adapt, grow and perform with confidence.
