With more than 30 years of experience spanning engineering, manufacturing, wholesale distribution and international supply chain leadership, David has developed a reputation for leading large-scale operational transformation and building high-performing teams. His experience includes driving significant business growth, leading international expansion and delivering complex technology and operational improvement programmes that enhance customer service, efficiency and long-term performance. 

David is passionate about creating a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and collaboration.
